Guy met his business partner and co-founder Brad Tebbs in the fifth grade, and they've shared philosophies on life and business ever since. Getting his start in the industry almost 20 years ago, Guy takes pride in his roots as a land man in the Appalachian Basin where he has concentrated his skills most of his career. Known for his energy, expertise and ability to make things happen, Guy leads with a vision that each lease is an opportunity for both the landowner and the oil and gas companies ; the goal is negotiating a fair and profitable lease for all involved. As one of the original founders of Duncan Land Energy, Brad brings the analytical force to the team. Brad works closely on the management of leases and negotiating with operators. His 20 years in the business began in the field as a land man in the Appalachian Basin, where his expertise is now paying off in his work with landowners and drilling operators. Backed by Brad's field of knowledge, Duncan Land Energy has gained a reputation for trustworthiness and detail among industry leaders.
