DTE manages other non-utility, energy businesses focused on power and industrial projects, fuel transportation and marketing and unconventional gas production. Detroit Edison is a fossil fuel-based electric utility company with approximately 80-85 percent of its annual electricity production generated by burning fossil fuels, primarily coal. He has been with the energy and utilities company for over 12 years. Earley earned a JD degree from the University of Notre Dame.
