DrW Life Skills Institute provides a safe and confidential environment for the develop and practice of Life Skills as EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE, Human Performance Improvement and Communication Techniques.  It's a 100% non-judgmental space where you can learn to express your emotions in a healthy and functional way. It's a 100% positive place where you learn to LISTEN, ACCEPT, RESPECT and HONOR your self and others.  Life Skills are behaviors used appropriately and responsibly in the management of emotions. They are a set of human skills that are used to handle conflicts and questions commonly encountered in any of the eight dimensions of the Holistic Health: Mental, Physical, Financial, Spiritual, Intellectual, Social, Emotional and Individual. We focus on the development of Emotional Intelligence, We offer three Learning Settings There are safe and confidential environment to facilitate an easy and healthy integration of the skills to any of the eight dimensions of the Holistic Health: Boot Camp Setting 2 consecutive days strategically designed program, includes: learning materials and practice opportunities.  Retreat Setting 3 days/ 2 nights strategically designed program, includes: lodging, all meals, learning materials, practice opportunities and enrichment activities.  Workshop / Courses Setting Specific topic courses to improve quality of life and facilitate the development of Emotional Intelligence
