Alternate Location Classes Available At 225 Stedman St. Suite #25 Lowell, MA Kids Program (Ages 4-10) Kids will learn various martial arts moves that will do more than just teach them self-defense, but will help them build fine motor skills and coordination that will improve them in all other activities in which they participate. Junior/Teen Program (Ages 11-15) Our teen program is designed to not only give teenagers a place to belong, but to give them a place where they can relieve the stress that can come from various areas in their life. Through disciplined training that is fit for all ability levels, we help teenagers build self-confidence, get in shape, and learn practical self defense. Adult Program (Ages 16 ) Adult classes are structured to fit all ability levels. The various movements will help the students develop strength in a way that only martial arts can accomplish. In turn, Adults will see a large increase in energy, range of motion, and overall attitude through our time tested training methods.
