General Info:

I, Dr. Josh, am a simple man. I love sports, beer, hunting, and playing my guitar. I became a Chiropractor because I was disgusted with the current state of healthcare in this county and wanted to do it my way. I believe that most pain and problems in the body have simple solutions that rarely require medication or surgery. I studied biomechanics and how the body moves. I believe that muscles are the most important thing to look at when referencing posture and pain and that although I am a Chiropractor, adjusting is not always my first form of treatment. The majority of problems in the body can be looked at in this form of mind: either it moves to much, it moves too little, or it moves the wrong way. If it moves too much I use stabilization exercises and tape to reinforce good posture and biomechanics. If something doesn't move enough, I use soft tissue work (myofacial release) and adjustments to improve motion. It is a simple treatment philosophy that lets me keep billing consistent: 40/25$ for adults/children per treatment. You should expect to walk out of my office feeling better after the first day. Most of my patients get better in 1-3 visits. If they don't, I typically will refer them to someone else because my form of treatment gets results, and if it isn't getting results, that means it is time to refer. This honest keeps the patient happy by keeping costs down knowing that I am not just going after their wallet and that I actually do care about them getting better. I believe the most important trait a physician can have is humility. Humility is knowing and accepting that I cannot treat all problems. The most important thing is that I learn what I can and cannot treat and develop a network of providers who I believe can help those who I cannot.
