We offer state-of-the-art services to convert paper documents to an electronic format which can be accessed on any Windows or Mac computer.Our specialized scanning technology can provide you and your company with Resource Efficiencies, Disaster Protection and Recovery, Privacy Law Compliance, Increased Security, Reduced Payroll Costs, Reduced Paper Costs and Environmental Impact.We can scan/data capture any type and size of paper documents from letter and legal size paper to spreadsheets and drawings; even well logs, seismic data, photos, maps, ultrasounds, X-rays, engineering/construction drawings, etc. All can be converted to electronic format. The original hard copy documents are processed through high-speed scanners, then through an intensive quality control process and finally indexed to your specific standards. This process allows for rapid search and retrieval of documents immediately from your desktop computer.We will pick up your documents, digitize them and return them to you on a CD/DVD or upload them to a secure FTP server to be retrieved online. Your electronic documents are securely protected and backed up with multiple redundancies.
