We have full-service digital printers, a Mimaki large format printer, a laser engraver, a direct-to-garment printer, a UV printer for full-color designs on many substrates, as well as a dye-sublimation printer for full color prints. We pride ourselves on customer service. Friendly, fast, and knowledgeable customer service is one of the most important aspects of this industry. Ken and Sandy Mattner have built a substantial clientel based primarily on strong, long-term and loyal relationships. It is our commitment to continually build trust with our customers. Our staff offers over 13 years of experience in printing alone. With an Operations Manager and two Customer Service Representatives dedicated to research for quality, price and time, you are sure to have the best value in today's market. Customer Service also has an inventory control unit for companies, large or small, who would like to have uniforms or business items at a moments notice, but don't have the ability to store inventory. We offer three versatile artists on staff who are trained in conceptualization of products, design, and production requirements. Our Art Department is also useful to companies maintaining many office locations or sales representatives. The Art Department can create online stores where every representative or location can order the items meeting company standards from a private website. This allows a company to keep its branding consistent but also have each individual sales rep or location access to their own supplies and needs. Quality is our other trademark.
