Divine Embrace was created by La Tanya Willis and Alida Ballard, who are two sisters with a passion for serving others. Experiencing the hardships of having our grandmother in the residential care of others, we made it our personal mission to provide the most respected and dignity filled environment for families needing community based residential services for their loved ones. Mrs. Willis holds a Master of Science in Nursing, as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, and is a dual Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, with over twenty years’ experience working in the medical field and social services sector. Ms. Ballard has over fifteen years experience working in the medical field and social services sector. They are committed to tearing down the negative stigma which has been given to residential homes by showing their organization will thrive on being “A Place Where Hope, Family, and Grace create a Divine Embrace.”
