Roads and Drainage Division, a part of the DeKalb County Public Works Department, is responsible for providing floodplain and stormwater management and asphalt and construction maintenance services. The division specializes in handling asphalt patching and pothole repair projects. Roads and Drainage Division s drainage section repairs headwalls, pipes, catch basins, drop inlets, wing walls, box culverts, outlet control structures and other storm drainage infrastructure components.
