This is a tradtional style of martial arts that is non-contact. We encourage youth through adults to join and learn to defend themselves, to feel healthier, and to have fun. Skeletal structure over muscle is stressed at this school, which is better body alignment and allows everyone regardless of age to train and generate just as much power. Taekwondo has roots in Korea, Okinawa, and China, which give it strong and fast kicks, and effective blocks and hand strikes. And from those ancient roots come the discipline, honor, and way of living that have been handed down through the years from and ancestry traced back to the 1600s and which the previous generations have adapted for modern society.
