Our goal over the past 40 years in the building business has been to produce housing that is affordable and still custom designed to meet each of our customer's needs. Through the years and various economies, we have been able to adjust our building style to achieve this goal and make Lorain County a better place to live. Stoney Brook is our newest neighborhood in Elyria. Nestled on a ten acre parcel of land in a park like setting it is conveniently located a half mile north of Westfield Shopping Mall with entry from West River Rd. Not only is Stoney Brook quickly accessible to shopping, restaurants, a public library and park facilities, it also has easy access to State Rt. 57, the Ohio Turnpike and I-90 ( Rt2 ). Stoney Brook will be built in two Phases. Phase I will have six buildings for a total of twenty-one townhouses. Phase II will have eight buildings with a total of thirty-nine townhouses. All will be serviced by public utilities and private streets with visitor parking strategically located. The common grounds as well as individual lots will be professionally landscaped and maintained year round.
