My name is Sean McCall. I’m a personal trainer, nutritionist, and founder of dadbod. I’m in my mid-40s, and I’ve spent my life in the restaurant industry . . . around a lot of food! For most of my life, I had the typical dadbod. I was overweight and out of shape. Sure, I would enter races to make myself run. I’d try one diet after another. But, I wasn’t healthy. I didn’t have energy, and I wasn’t proud of my physical condition.
