Dave is proud father of 3 kids who take up his evenings and weekends with sports and play. He has always wanted to run his own company so he could be more available for them and provide them with the life he has always felt they deserve. With some recent changes in his life he was given the opportunity to make his dream of owning his company possible so D & J Craftsmen, began.
Experience:
Dave started working in the business right out of High School and has done nothing else but home improvement since. He has worked for only 3 different roofing companies in 24 years. He has also done many types of remodeling/repair jobs for different customers such as building decks, installing trim, painting, wood siding (hanging and repair), and wood fencing. He takes great pride in every job that he does, and will go above and beyond to make sure that every customer is completely satisfied with the finale project
Shannon Sadowski
Personal:
Shannon is a Mother to 3 grown children and 3 grand-kids. Her youngest has just finished up her Freshman year of college, her middle son just got his first "grown-up" job, and her oldest is married to a wonderful woman that got her RN right out of High School, they have 3 kids (that have Maw-Maw wrapped around their fingers), and they just purchased their first home. In her spare time Shannon loves to paint and helps with many home improvement jobs around the house and the guys.
Experience:
Shannon has a Bachelors Degree in Visual Communications, she just recently moved to the Olathe area to start a new chapter in her life. With her experience in design she created the logo for Dave and James, she is also helping to market the company by creating the web site, facebook, craigs-list, and other business promotional items. She is also going to be helping to set appointments, answer questions, and handle some things to help Dave and James. She is known to pick up a paint brush and get to it!
James CulpJames is the wood work-king. He has 20 years doing everything from cabinetry, decks and other custom jobs. He is very skilled at what he does.
