Cutarelli, MD is one of the most experienced LASIK and vision correction specialists in the United States. He has performed more than 60,000 LASIK, PRK, and LASEK refractive procedures. He is among the first to perform EpiLASIK and NearVision CK in Denver and Fort Collins, Colorado. He is also one of only a handful of highly experienced refractive surgeons to have completed a full one-year fellowship training specifically in refractive surgery, as well as an additional fellowship in corneal training. Paul E. Cutarelli, MD has consulted nationally as a laser vision expert and has served as a clinical consultant worldwide. He has served as co-investigator on more than 15 clinical trials for refractive surgery and presbyopia and completed his ophthalmology residency at the world-renowned Johns Hopkins Hospital's Wilmer Eye Institute. He participated in one of the earliest FDA clinical trials studying LASIK and PRK and was co-investigator for FDA clinical trials leading to development of Intacs.
