Climate Controlled: Our facility has climate controlled units, in addition to the drive up units, these units are almost like storing it in your home! Security: Our facility is fenced, paved and lighted with computer controlled gate access and video surveillance. Accessibility: Our customers have gate access 7 days a week, from 6 am until 10 pm. Special hours are available. Other than the climate controlled units, all units are drive up accessible. Convenience: We are located at the intersection of Rt.522 and Rt.33, just 7 minutes east of Louisa and 4 minutes south of Mineral. Advanced Cylinder Locking System: Our lock is a cylinder lock that cannot be cut with bolt cutters. The lock is included free with the move-in. Leases: Leases are on a month to month basis, due on the 1st of the month. First month is prorated based on the move-in date. Discounts: Discounts are available for 6-month and 12-month prepaid rentals. Easy Pay Methods: Payments may be made by cash, check, or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover). Payment can be made in person, over the phone, via our website, or by autopay. Restrooms: On-site restroom is available inside gated area and inside the manager's office. Pest Control: Each unit is cleaned, and sprayed for insects before you move in. Supplies: We sell boxes and moving supplies. Moving Assistance: We provide a hand truck to assist in your move. Service: Personable on-site management provides convenient office hours and is available by appointment when needed.
