Hi! I'm Ginger. I've been selling real estate in Alaska since 1994 and diligently study how to stay abreast of issues affecting our real estate market. Through extensive evaluation of property values in the Fairbanks and North Pole area I can provide my clients with the knowledge they need in order to make informed decisions. I consider it an honor when a client chooses me to be their Realtor. I know that buying or selling real estate is one of the largest financial decisions that many will ever make. These decisions should not be taken lightly nor made without the assistance and advice from a seasoned professional. I research local and national markets to stay informed of the ever changing technology available to better serve my clients. I have served as the President of the Greater Fairbanks Board of Realtors, MLS chairman and have volunteered on multiple other committees. Through my career I have served my community and clients with honesty, integrity and hard work. I am a licensed Broker in the state of Alaska and have received many awards throughout my real estate career to include being inducted into the 2004 RE/MAX Hall of Fame. I enjoyed many years with the Remax Franchise but decided in 2008 it was time to open an independent brokerage thus Crown Real Estate AK. Inc. was born. In 2008 I was nominated as one of Fairbanks Favorite Realtors through the Daily Newsminer Readers Choice Awards and in 2009 was one of the three women honored during the Women in Business week. These two awards were the most humbling and most cherished events of my career. My husband and I are both real estate licensees in the state of Alaska. We have two adult children as well as three young grandchildren so we understand the issues that families face in today's economy. We arrived in Alaska in 1992, stationed at Eielson Air Force base. We decided in 1995 that Alaska was the perfect place to raise our family and decided to make it our permanent duty station.
