We do not believe in the Alpha-Male, Hyper-competitive atmosphere that is now becoming increasingly common in the Combat Sport/ Martial Arts Schools. We focus on functional martial arts that prepares clients for self preservation, core confidence, and life skills to excel not just on the mat but more importantly outside the mat. We do not teach "Forms & Kata's" nor do we instruct "techniques too dangerous to apply at full speed." What we do teach is a Modern Martial Art, rooted from a boxing base, focusing first on defense and then offense.  What you'll get here is Top Notch instruction, ability to apply techniques (drills) on pads, and finally with a cooperative opponent in a safe, family friendly facility, without the Meatheads, without the Hyper-competitive Alpha Male attitude.
