We are unique in that our architectural, design, and carpentry work is all performed in-house by the trained professionals on our team. All projects begin with a rigorous and detailed measuring and modelling of the existing house conditions. Our architectural team will carefully map out all affected areas in ArchiCAD, and then create a beautifully composed plan and design set which we will use for cost estimating and for the remainder of the project. Without correct plans, accurate quotation is not possible. Our dedication to excellence does not stop at the planning phase. We build our projects using cutting-edge technology and products in the field that assure tighter, stronger, and more energy efficient structures – like Zip wall, and energy efficient headers and corners. Our in-house carpenters are trained for advanced techniques that result in safer, greener structures. They are also considerate of your living space and will work toward a clean, enjoyable renovation experience. We also perform all environmental testing required by Federal or Local law. We look for harmful substances like Lead and Asbestos, and if found we will remediate or remove those toxic elements prior to the commencement of the project.
