Mission Statement:  To do whatever it takes to do the job right the first time and meet or exceed customer expecations. Objective:  To practice the art of home renovation, remodeling, and repair and enjoy the satisfaction of knowing the job was done to perfection by seeing the joy and appreciation our customers have when they see the finished product.History:  C&R was established in 1993 when Chris and Robert Paterick (brothers) decided that they were tired of mediocre craftsmanship in the area of home repair.  Since we already had started our individual careers and working full C&R was just a dream.  Meanwhile we moonlighted and performed weekend projects for customers solely founded by word of mouth.  We practiced our trade, studied the art of home renovation, remodeling, and repair; and Chris ultimately earned a Class B, General Contractor's License in 2003 and C&R became a reality.  We are now licensed, insured, and a member of the BBB with an A rating.Methodology:  This is a small family company and we do all the work ourselves except in those areas that I have to sub-contract out (HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing).  We receive the initial call and meet with our prospective clients, discuss the scope of work requested, provide written estimates detailing exactly what we are going to do, complete the job tasks to the customers satisfaction.  Our general policy is to work one job at a time on a first come first serve basis.Warranty:  C&R stands behind its work.  We do not leave the job site until the customer is satisfied and(or) all reasonable attempts to make the customer satisfied have been exhausted.  If a problem with the workmanship develops within 6 months of completion we will return to affect repairs.  This warranty does not extend to "sub-contractors" that may have been used to complete the project, acts of GOD, or anything that adversely impacts the home that is beyond C&R's control.
