In 2001, Consolidated Graphics purchased the assets of Regent Printing & Imaging, a full-service sheet-fed and web printing company serving Oklahoma, Arkansas and Missouri, and Tulsa Litho, one of the first four-color commercial lithographers in the Tulsa, Okla., area, to form CP Solutions. The new company gave way to provides a large range of services, such as web and sheet-fed offset printing with in-house capabilities that include scanning, electronic prepress, film and conventional proofing, digital proofing and computer-to-plate and bindery services.
