Covington Christian Church is an independent, non-denominational Christian Church. Our services include the use of contemporary music, media, drama, and relevant biblical messages. We celebrate communion each Sunday, believe in the power of healing through prayer, authentic community, and a healthy church environment. Our weekend service is an opportunity to study God's Word, give and receive encouragement from other believers who are struggling to connect, with God and one another, on meaningful levels.CCC has been serving the Covington community for over 41 years. We are located east of Covington ( towards Newborn ) on 17 acres at the corner of Highway 278 and Highway 142. We have an exciting softball ministry ( NCYSL ) to over 300 children and youth in the Covington area each summer. We support local and overseas missions with both finances and volunteers, and have service opportunities within the church and community. Our church family consists of marrieds and singles ; newcomers and life-timers, young families and doting grandparents. In other words, it's a place where you fit, no matter where you are on your journey with God.What we are about:We are passionate about raising up the next generation of Christ-followers into full devotion to Jesus Christ.We are passionate about healthy families and therefore provide professional counseling, marriage and family workshops, and relevant Bible teaching for all age groups.
