The company also ships engines and parts to customers throughout the world. Covington performs all stages of engine repair and overhaul work in-house. It performs non-destructive testing to verify the integrity of critical parts. It uses computer-controlled machinery for necessary machining, grinding and balancing prior to assembly. Covington Aircraft was founded in 1972 and maintains headquarters in Okmulgee, Okla.
