In our Mini Barns, we capture the detailed old fashion craftsmanship of our youth and merge it with today’s cutting edge technology. We start with solid, pressure treated 4x6 skids, giving you a long lasting rugged base. Next, we use pressure treated floor joists and band. Over that, we lay a heavy duty 3/4” water resistant sub floor. After that, we stand up 2x4 walls with solid top plates, door and window framing. On the very top we install pre-engineered, monolithic trusses, which will fasten the whole thing together. Our siding, roofing and trim are 29 gauge galvalume coated steel that carries an industry leading 40 year warranty.
