Corona s parent corporation is Corporacion Patricio Echeverria, a Spanish-owned global manufacturer of hand tools and agricultural spare parts. CPE acquired Corona in January 2000. Corona Clipper was established in the late 1920s and now employs nearly 200 people in its 10-acre facility with 75,000 square feet of industrial buildings.
