My name is Corey Powell, and I'm an innovator in the fitness industry. I'm a certified personal trainer through the American Counsil on Exercise. I'm very passionate about health and fitness and motivating and teaching others to reach their goals. So many people believe that they're just a naturally heavy-set person or they think they have a "slow metabolism". I am here to tell you that that's not true. There is a reason you are not reaching your goals. I will pinpoint what mistake you are making in your diet and training, and I WILL get you to where you want to be. I use applied methodology to calculate how many macros you should be consuming in a day and how many calories you are burning in your cardio and strength-training. You don't need to buy a whole bunch of supplements, pre-workout powders, and post-workout shakes. You will find everything that your body needs to consume in real food. I help my clients develop healthy eating habits that fit their budget, their taste, and their fitness goals. I customize workouts for my clients based on the results they want- whether it be to lose a drastic amount of weight, slim and tone, bulk up their muscles, keep healthy and active as they are aging, improve their posture and increase mobility after an injury, or find ways to move with special needs.
