Mark Cooper, MS, LMT, and CSCS, has been operating Cooper Massage & Fitness, LLC for over 12 years. He is nationally certified in therapeutic massage and bodywork, and is also a certified strength and conditioning specialist. Mark has a master's degree in exercise science from Ohio University and is a graduate of the Somerset School of Massage Therapy. Mark previously managed corporate fitness and wellness programs for such large companies as PSE&G, Liz Claiborne, and Rohm & Haas Chemicals. Mark is a lifelong resident of Chester. Catherine Mitchell, a licensed massage therapist, is the newest member of our team. Graduating recently with honors from Anthem Institute, Catherine was the valedictorian receiving the Overall Excellence Award for Massage Therapy. Prior to joining Cooper Massage and Fitness, she was a Nursing Assistant at Kessler Rehab. Catherine is qualified and experienced in meeting personal needs and goals in each massage session.
