Connecticut Yoga Center, located in Middletown, was founded in 2012.  The center is directed by it's founder; Yoga instructor and licensed massage therapist Erika Halford.  We offer Yoga classes to beginners and advanced practitioners.  We welcome those who have never tried Yoga but have heard of its benefits.  Everyone is welcome and will be made to feel comfortable regardless of physical condition or experience level.  Healing arts include: swedish, deep tissue, prenatal massage, reiki, group and private sound healing and private Yoga lessons. CT Yoga Center is a growing community of Yoga instructors, students, massage therapists and healers.  All of our offerings come from the heart and are based on ethical precepts of Yogic philosophy - healing, truth, honesty, generosity, responsibility, moderation, cleanliness, commitment, continuous study and surrender.  At CT Yoga Center we hope to inspire optimal health and wellness while uncovering more joy and peace in the mind.Our studio serves as a community center and sanctuary, offering Yoga classes and workshops, personal support in reaching your goals, and healing arts that include: swedish, deep tissue, prenatal massage, reiki, sound healing and private yoga lessons.   We are fully stocked with well maintained equipment and accessories for you to use at no charge.
