Hello, my name is Carl Eisenberg and I’m the owner of Concrete Coatings USA and a veteran of “The Decorative Concrete Wars”. I started with a media blasting business specializing in architectural/restoration media blasting, expanded to shot blasting and concrete grinding, and ultimately evolved to a full-fledged decorative concrete service. At the age of 67 I knew it was time to hang up the cleats and use my industry know-how differently, and that is what Concrete Coatings USA is all about. One day while placing an order with my old friend Wilmer Rowe, the owner of Indmar Coatings, I asked Wilmer why I had to call him versus just placing on order online like I do with everyone else. Wilmer’s answer was, “I don’t know, I guess I’m old fashioned.” It was at that moment a light bulb went off and I got the idea for “Concrete Coatings USA”. Weeks later I actually decided to follow up on my idea and I approached Wilmer with the idea of becoming his exclusive on-line distributor. He said "OK." Once that decision was made it was obvious we had to carry other products as well. We're starting out slow but will be carrying other products which will add value to what we offer. We're not going to sell tape and things that you can and should buy locally, but those things where we can bring you a better price and value and that are not readily available in the general market. You have the option of ordering on line, or calling the office and placing your order directly with Frank Rivera, who runs things and makes sure everything works. Even though we are trying to be a modern up to date company using technology to make things happen, we still believe in old fashioned one-on-one customer service. Got a question about product or how to do something, call me and I will do my best to answer it and if I don’t have the answer I will get if for you. Don't hesitate calling either one of us as we really do believe in one-on-one service and will always have the time to talk with you. If we are busy at the moment you call just leave a message and we’ll get back to you ASAP, that’s a promise. We really do look forward to talking to every one of our customers and the office is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
