Compound Care Pharmacy is a family-owned compounding pharmacy serving Louisville and surrounding communities in Kentucky and Southern Indiana. Sisters Cathy Hance, RPh and Anne Marie Megibben, RPh are from a family of pharmacists who have been in the pharmacy business for over 40 years. They were trained and inspired to become pharmacy owners by their father Bill Borders, RPh, who still practices part-time. Our compounding laboratory contains pharmaceutical grade chemicals and specialized equipment not found in most pharmacies, such as an ointment mill and capsule machine, and we also offer sterile preparations compounded in our certified clean room. Our pharmacists and technicians are highly trained and have attended numerous seminars and classes on many different areas of compounding. We specialize in bio-identical hormone replacement therapy and offer private consultations by appointment. Other areas in which we compound include pain management, dermatology, pediatrics, and veterinary to name a few. We also carry a full line of pharmaceutical grade nutritional supplements and are qualified to recommend supplementation that fits your needs. We are open 9 - 5 Monday through Friday and 10 - 2 on Saturday and offer shipping and delivery service.
