General Info:

We are a multi-service company and have the ability to BUY, TO REPAIR, TO MARKET, and TO SELL HOMES. We work with Sellers who need and/or want sell, and who do not want to wait six months to market, sell, repair and renovate their home, or pay real estate commissions, and spend the time necessary waiting for an approved buyer. We are working with buyers right now who we can move into a property quickly before they complete the tedious loan application and loan processing delays. We are working with buyers in all types of and situations. Some may need time to alleviate a shortage of down payment others may need time to solve some credit issue. After they move in we work with lenders to get them "seasoned", this will qualify them for a new loan and then they can buy the property. This gives us a very large pool of tenant/buyers who make great customers and allow us to buy & sell very quickly. WE ARE -- FAST - FRIENDLY - FLEXIBLE!
