Columbia Therapy and Wellness offers counseling and therapy services to individuals, couples and families who are ready to address the challenges that have kept them from being their best. Conveniently located in downtown Columbia, South Carolina, we provide a comfortable and supportive environment in which you can explore your most pressing issues and concerns. Offering reasonable rates, flexible hours, including evenings and Saturdays, and even phone and Skype sessions, our therapeutic services are intended to meet the needs of the midlands’ diverse population. Typically people come to therapy due to some type of distress, uncertainty, frustration or pain. This suffering may come from sources outside ourselves, be the result of our interactions with others, a deep emotional wound, or simply life events beyond our control. How we continue to respond to others, our own distress, or life events can either keep us stuck in our suffering, or help move us toward healing, recovery and growth.
