The Columbia Heights/Shaw Family Support Collaborative, also known as CH/S FSC, is a nonprofit organization that comprises more than 40 community service agencies, resident groups and neighborhood leaders. Founded in 1996, the organization helps protect children from child abuse and neglect in the community.
