With over 30 years of experience, we are a third generation horologist (clock expert).  We provide excellent customer service and spend quality time with each of our customers explaining the details of their clocks.  We carefully disassemble your clock, clean it in our ultrasonic machine then we examine it for excessive wear or other potential problems.  We only replace parts when necessary.  We polish pivots and bushings before reassembling your clock.
