The City of Eugene Public Works Wastewater Division preserves water quality and provides wastewater treatment services to protect the public health and welfare. The division operates and maintains several water pollution control facilities. The City of Eugene Public Works Wastewater Division also administers a regional industrial wastewater pretreatment program that regulates contaminated wastewater discharge from commercial and industrial activities.
