Since the beginning, City Frame has been independent and owner operated by Beth Svendson. Located on First Avenue between Titus and Gowe, City Frame has been an active part of the Kent Community. "We have seen a lot of changes in downtown Kent during the past 30 years. We have watched Kent grow, raised our children here, and have earned the trust and respect of many great customers that we consider friends."
