The fund achieves its goals by giving the highest priority to the well-being of children, as well as fostering their growth as contributing members of society and promoting their self-respect and human rights. Christian Children s Fund serves more than 7.6 million children and families throughout nearly 35 countries via early childhood development, education, family income generation, health and sanitation, nutrition and emergency programs. The fund s programs are paid for via a network of donors and sponsors that have provided more than $2.3 billion in aid since the fund s creation. Christian Children s Fund distributes its message via broadcast, print and direct mail material. It was founded in 1938 and is headquartered in Richmond, Va.
