Who we are: CEF® is an interdenominational ministry reaching children with the Gospel. Child Evangelism Fellowship of Greater Long Beach is a local chapter of a world wide organization whose purpose is to evangelize and disciple children.  We have teacher training and a large bookstore in So. CA offering songs, puppets, and more. The main ministry of CEF is the Good News Club® a home Bible study meeting weekly for about an hour using a flannel board and visualized songs. In the summer 5-Day Clubs® are conducted which are similar to vacation Bible schools but are held in homes and backyards. High school and college students are trained to conduct these clubs in Christian Youth in Action®. The Purpose of Child Evangelism Fellowship® CEF® is an interdenominational worldwide organization composed of born again believers whose purpose is to evangelize boys and girls with the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ and to establish (disciple) them in the Word of God and in the local church for Christian living.
