Cheyenne KOA is OPEN for overnight camping! Settle in at this KOA sprawling across the rolling High Plains on the Front Range of the Rockies. Mosey into Cheyenne, "The Magic City of the Plains," to explore a legendary cow town and Wyoming's capital city. Browse the Frontier Days Old West Museum or stop at Holliday Park to see Old Number 4004, one of the world's largest railroad steam engines. Tour the city and discover Cheyenne's colorful history as a railroad and cowpoke town. "Live the Legend" as Cheyenne celebrates its history with a Western celebration in July that's known as the world's largest outdoor rodeo (the "daddy of 'em all"). Nearby, you can fish at two reservoirs or hike, climb and see the wonderful rock formations in Medicine Bow National Forest.
