Both of its Canadian processing plants, Acadian Fish Processing and Inshore Fisheries, are strategically located near prime fishing grounds where approximately 20 vessels sail a short 3-hour course to yield choice day boat whole fresh fish. Fresh and fresh-frozen ground fish are hand-inspected before dressing and no additives or preservatives used in market preparation.
