Founded by the Presbyterian Church, Centre College is one of the leading providers of secondary education in the United States. Located in Danville, Ky., the college has been operational for more than 55 years. Spread over more than 100 acres of land, its facilities include over 60 academic building, athletic grounds, a technology-based library, and cultural and resource centers. Centre College provides various study abroad and exchange options in the United Kingdom, France, Mexico, Japan, Northern Ireland and Australia. The college also provides more than 100 clubs, teams and other formal and informal groups, and organizes over 2,000 campus events annually.
