I am a Certified Professional Hypnotist helping people with Habit Change, and Behavior Modification like Quitting Smoking, Weight Loss, Academic Performance, and Personal or Career Motivation. I have been involved with hypnosis and meditation since the seventies when I hypnotized a couple of friends at school. Back then, I hypnotized people for fun. Now I use hypnosis and meditation to help people with habit change, personal motivation, and weight loss. I quit smoking with hypnosis a few years ago when a friend said to me “Brian, you gotta walk the walk, and talk the talk." At that time, I had been studying to become a Certified Hypnotherapist and practicing hypnosis for two years, I have seen some great changes in people with the facilitation of good hypnosis. ​ I understand why and how people develop habits, behaviors and beliefs. Habits like smoking, over eating, not exercising and becoming sedentary, even to a point of being atrophied. I use methods that have been proven in scientific studies and they work effectively with clients that want to lose 20 or more pounds. Also, my smoking cessation program has been effective with many people.
