We are a premiere 202 bed, sub acute rehabilitation and skilled nursing center. We are located in Plainview, NY – conveniently situated just minutes from the Northern State Parkway and the Long Island Expressway, just off the Seaford-Oyster Bay Expressway. Central Island Healthcare acquired new management in 2005, and has undergone extensive renovations that have enhanced our ability to serve our patients and their families.
