After receiving a degree in forestry from Paul Smiths College in New York, he then completed the certificate course from Davey Institute of Tree Service. Steves interest in trees developed into a passion for tree care. Being a life long resident of Newport RI, Steves family history and his roots in Newport have played a major role in his understanding of the importance of tree care.
