General Info:

Carson Valley Swim Center, located in Minden, Nev., is managed by the East Fork Swimming Pool District. The district comprises five East Fork Township residents who are elected for four-year terms. The swimming center was built with a 20-year $2.5 million bond. It features four indoor pools that are open throughout the year. Its fully enclosed waterslides are 20-feet high and 180-feet long. Its 92 degrees Fahrenheit warm pool features a ramp, pool lift and stairs for seniors and the disabled. Additionally, the center has outdoor pools that are open from May through October. It also provides fitness equipment, including treadmills, lifecycle, multistation gym and free weights. Carson Valley Swim Center offers various aquatic programs to swimmers, such as public swim, adult lap, water exercise classes, water polo and junior lifeguard classes. It also organizes competitions and swim meets. The swim center is available for rent after public swim hours.
