Caron MacLane is the Founder, Coach and Consultant of Caron Circle Coaching & Consulting. Prior to founding the company last year, Caron MacLane was a personal coach. Ms. MacLane’s coaching practice focuses on moving clients to the next step in success. After learning what makes each person unique, Caron systematically focuses on intention. As a national and regional coach for Fortune 500 employees and she has recently experienced increased success with client achievement through her unique Circle™ system. She currently teaches Dealing with Anger and Positive Parenting. Caron has an extensive background in counseling in addition to over 40 years of teaching experience. She utilizes her wealth of psychological knowledge in working effectively with people. Caron’s insight and ability to listen combine to deliver useful wisdom in moving forward.
