It offers a range of group and individual health insurance products and wellness programs. The company provides group health coverage for several statewide associations. Carolina Care Plan offers the SuperWell Disease and Maternity Management program, which serves pregnant women diagnosed with chronic conditions. It is managed by Medical Mutual of Ohio, which is one of the oldest and largest health insurance companies in Ohio.
