My practice specializes in treating individuals and groups and through years of experience, I’m confident that no problem is too great to overcome. If you are looking for a counselor with a calling to help others find their own path on a healing journey of a happy and healthy life, has excellent active listening skills and experience with trauma, including childhood sexual abuse, and is open to all cultures, ethnicities, and beliefs, then I hope you will call me. There also may be times when you will need to advocate for yourself and learn how to set personal boundaries in order to reach your best self. Anxiety, depression and other PTSD symptoms can truly alter a person’s life path. However, these can be overcome!
