I provide support and guidance, working with you to develop a treatment plan that will result in positive life changes and self empowerment. My approach is holistic, considering all aspects of your life such as physical health, emotional health, exercise and diet, attitudes, spirituality or religion, relationships, environment and work. To live a happy and content life filled with purpose and personal fulfillment is the goal. Counsel provided on stress management, depression, anxiety, health concerns and career choices. I can also assist you in learning to communicate more effectively and harmoniously with your partner, family members or co-workers. I have found that being able to "fight fairly" is essential to relationships when trouble arises. Often a pattern has developed where people will raise their voice, talk at the same time and bring up past issues which are irrelevant to the present. These habits can replaced by constructive communication techniques.
