HISTORY: I started my career while I was still in high school back in the 70’s, unloading box cars of lumber by hand. I moved up to counter sales which eventually led to estimating, blueprint takeoffs, outside sales etc… While dealing with builders at such a young age, I decided that I was doing all the work for them so why not try it for myself? I built my first house in 1982 (which I fell off of and broke my back), and since that time I have built approx. 1200 new homes! My interests in Civil War history, Bluegrass music, and 1800’s architecture mixed with my background of Art, culminated in a future trying to recreate an “Old Style” subdivision on a farm in LaGrange, Ohio, that had been near and dear to me since childhood. Not only did I buy that farm but I also bought the adjoining 4 farms, compiling 500 acres. Today ,Grey Hawk Golf Course and Union Station subdivision occupies those 5 farms.
