Our founder, Hector Quintero, was born and raised in Southern California, and began his landscaping career as a crew of one. At first, he was maintaining the landscaping for a few families in a nearby neighborhood, but due to his bright personality and quality of work, his customers kept telling their friends and neighbors, and his business kept growing. It has been nearly 25 years since Hector started California Land Care Inc, and we have grown a lot. Today we have many crews working all around Los Angeles, Ventura and Santa Barbara counties, maintaining landscaping for individual home owners, business parks, HOA's, and retail centers as well. Although there is now far too much work for one man, Hector still oversees every project. In fact, when he's not meeting with new customers or helping an existing customer come up with a plan to redesign their yard - you'll find him pulling weeds, running the mower, or building a fountain on one of our projects. Even with our company's size, the service we provide to our customers is still of the same quality that it was when Hector did all the work himself. He works hard to pass along his passion for superior landscape work and even better customer service to his son, Hector Jr. and every other member of our crew, who are all considered part of our family. With every job, we consider our customer's desires, local codes, and sound soil and water conservation principles. We also carry full insurance and guarantee 100% customer satisfaction on all of our work. We look forward to working with you!
